In order to qualify for the Collecdev H.O.M.E. Program, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Must be at least 18 years old and be a legal, permanent resident of Canada
2. Can neither own a home nor have an ownership interest in a home
3. Cannot be living in a spousal relationship with a person who owns a home or who has an ownership interest
in a home
4. Must be vacating a residential tenancy and must agree to occupy the purchased unit as his or her principal
residence while he or she owns the Unit
5. The total household annual income of all members of your household cannot exceed at the time of
application the sixtieth (60th) percentile of income for the City of Toronto or the Province of Ontario,
whichever is lower, (currently $88,900.00) as defined by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing under
the Affordable Housing Program

to your Notice of Assessment (NOA) issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)
