It is another autumn, and the fall color in Toronto is spectacular. While many plans for a flawless fall foliage tour, it is undisputable many brilliant colors are just around our neighborhood.

There are so many ravines scattered throughout the Great Toronto. It is beautiful at all times of the year but reaches its peak in the fall when the leaves turn to bright red color.

York Region, including the city of Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, etc., has a population density of 580 residents per square kilometers, comparing against 4334 people per square kilometers in Toronto. You will have a more spacious life-style in living in the region. There are countless small parks populate throughout the area. These parks offer leisure, recreational events, and sports activities. There is no season quite like a fall for eliciting the feeling of nostalgia in the most beautiful ways.

There are also many conservation reservoirs, large parks, and lakes close to many communities. Hiking in those trails offers sweeping views of the fall colors and dense forest.

Home selling in autumn is the second-best season of the year to sell a home. Many families have returned from vacation, and kids are back to school. Before preparing to sell your home, always clean up dead leaves and debris in your lawn. A home with a unique feature, such as backing to ravine or overlooking a park, can be highly desirable to many buyers. While selling such a house in the best fall season, the homeowner can expect a higher return when buyers are attracted to the striking natural color.
